Dickson Baptist Church was originally started on September 4, 1892, at the corner of NE 23rd & Douglas Blvd. After Dickson declined in attendance during the 1930s, Dickson became a mission of Kelhum Avenue Baptist Church. On June 30, 1940, Dickson became an independent church again with 70 charter members. On June 28th, 2020, we will celebrate 80 years of Dickson’s witness for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
